Questions concerning billing and payments
Q1. - How much and how often will I be billed for my shopping channel?
A1. – You will be billed 24.95 once a month until cancellation
 
Q2. – If I want to cancel my shopping channel how would I do so?
A2. – To cancel your shopping channels please contact customer support by either phone or email.
           Contact information is listed on site under “Contact Us”.
 
Q3. – With the Mastercard that was sent to me when during the sign up, can I use this card anywhere for anything?
A3. – YES!!! The money that you earn every month will be loaded to your card which can be used anywhere Mastercard is permitted.
 
Questions concerning Products and Services
Q1. – If I order something through my channel and end up needing to send it back for any reason, who do I send it back too?
A1. – Whoever you purchased the product and or service from, you will need to send back to their address, NOT to the shopiptv  address.
 
Q2. – If I order something through my channel and need customer service regarding the product and or service that is purchased, who do I contact?
A2. – If you need to contact customer service regarding the product and or service that you purchased, you will need to call the customer support of the product service providers not shoptiptv customer support.
 
Q3. – Can I still get paid if I purchase in a store instead on through my channel if the product and or service is listed?
A3. – NO!!! To earn money through your shopping channel, you MUST purchase any products and or services through your channel to earn money on your Mastercard.
 
Q4. – What do I do when the product and or service that I need has been taken off of the shopping channel?
A4. – Products and services will be constantly changing on the shopping channel for many of different reasons. If a product or service comes down off the shopping channel, then you will no longer be able to earn money from this product and or service.
 
Questions concerning your Shopping channel website
 
Q1. – What do I do when I am having trouble watching a video?
A1. – First please make sure that your computer has the latest version of Widows Media or QuickTime. If you still have trouble viewing the videos please contact Customer Support. Contact info is located on the “Contact Us” tab on your website.
 
Q2. – What restrictions do I have with my shopping channel?
A2. – You can do whatever you see fit with your shopping channel. If you want to create a godaddy account and redirect it to your shopping channel, you may do so. As long as you’re paying the monthly payments to keep your shopping channel open, then you can promote it anyway you see fit.
 
Q3. - What do I earn as a ShopIPTV Channel owner?
A3. – As a channel owner, you will receive the following commissions based on the grid below.
 
True Essentials - Channel ID owners get 25% of the total sale
ENVY Organics, Beauty Call line - Channel ID owners get 25% of the total sale
Dish Network - Channel Owners will get $60.00 every time they sell a Dish Subscriber
RK Health Care Card - The Channel Owner will get $3.50 per month per card for the life of the customer
RK Lifestyle Benefits Card - Channel Owner will get $3.50 per month per card for the life of the customer
 
Q4.- How often do I get paid?
A4. – You get paid monthly once you have accumulated at least $25.00 in earnings.  If you don’t earn $25.00 in any given period, it will roll over into the next month.
